Order Processing Time

At Lorraine Hydroseeding, we strive to get your beautiful hair ties on their way to you as quickly as possible.

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email .

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on a Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the weight of your products and your location . We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours once the carrier scans the package into their system.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Lorraine Hydroseeding is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lorraine Hydroseeding is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier and are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier .
